Robert J. Lawrence, 56 of Monmouth Jct., died Jan. 18, 2012 in the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick surrounded by his loving family. Born in Trenton and a life long area resident, Bob was a graduate of Ewing High School and was employed by Roland Global Experts in Speciality Foods as a dock supervisor. He was formerly of Hill Refrigeration for 20 years. Son of the late Henry Lawrence, he is survived by his son and daughter in law Joseph and Kristin Lawrence; of Fairless Hills, his mother, Dorothy Archer Lawrence; of Ewing Twp., a grandson Evan Lawrence; longtime companion Susan Nicastro; her daughter and child, Stephanie and Ava; a sister and brother in law Shirley and Michael Cminski; of LaVista Nebraska, two nephews; a niece; and six great nieces and nephews.A gathering of relatives and friends to offer condolences to the family will be held 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Hartmann Memorial Home 2830 Nottingham Way.
