Avis de décès de Robert G. Hansen

Robert G. Hansen, 80 years of age, passed away at his home on Monday, Feb. 14, 2011. He was born in Boston and graduated from Dorchester High School. During the Korean Conflict he served with the U.S. Marine Corps. He served as a Sergeant in Korea during the years 1952 and 1953. Robert was a Lineman and Installer for Lucent Technologies and the American Telephone and Telegraph Company. He was a member of the Telephone Pioneers. He was a Braintree resident for fifty-one years. He was the husband of the late Janet (Smith) Hansen. He is the loving father of Kris Hansen of Weymouth, Steven Hansen of Hull, Karen (Hansen) Sinclair of Perth, Scotland and Maurie Outslay of Harwich. He is the loving brother of Marie G. Scott and her partner Christine Barboza of Taunton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at them Peck Funeral Home, 516 Washington St., Braintree on Friday, Feb. 18 at 11:00 a.m. The Reverend Gary Blume pastor of the First Church in Weymouth will officiate.
