Mailhot, Rene GeorgeJan. 20, 1939 - May 24, 2008Rene George Mailhot, 69, Bradenton, formerly of Manchester, N.H., died May 24, 2008.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Manchester at the Parish of the Transfiguration on June 27. Inurnment will follow at The Mount Calvary Mausoleum Chapel. Toale Brothers Funeral Homes, Bradenton Chapel, is in charge of local arrangements. Survivors include a niece, Denise E. Petrin of Hooksett, N.H.; nephews Robert Mailhot and David Mailhot, both of Manchester, N.H.; and four grandnieces.He was preceded in death by his parents Alice L. Baillargeon and Emile E. Mailhot and a brother, Robert. He worked at J.F. McElwain for many years. Prior to his retirement he was a security guard at the Norris Cotton Building. Rene was a kind and gentle man with a quick wit. He enjoyed socializing with friends at The Fraternal Order of the Eagles and the Moose Fraternity.
