FITCHBURG -- Olivia E. (Bouvier) Hebert, 94, formerly of Chester Street, died Monday, May 23, at Fairlawn Nursing Home, Leominster after an illness. She was born in Fitchburg on Feb. 25, 1911, the daughter of Frank and Fannie (Beaupres) Bouvier and was a lifelong Fitchburg resident. Mrs. Hebert worked as a stitcher for over 46 years at the former Cluett & Peabody Co. in Leominster before her retirement in 1973. Following her retirement, she worked as a housekeeper at the Isabelle Funeral Home in Fitchburg. She was a communicant of Madonna of the Holy Rosary Church. She also enjoyed sewing, upholstering and working in her garden. Mrs. Hebert leaves many dear friends including her caretaker, Janet Isabelle of Westminster. She was the wife of the late Edward Hebert, who died in 1977. She was predeceased by a sister, Marie Bouvier, who died in 1980. HEBERT -- On May 23, Olivia E. (Bouvier) Hebert, 94, of Fitchburg. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. at Madonna of the Holy Rosary Church, 118 Theresa St., Fitchburg. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
