Norman Willard, 58, died Feb. 18, 2006, at his home. He moved to Fort Pierce four years ago, coming from Laguna Hills. He was a residential contractor for the past 25 years. He served in the Navy and received the National Defense service award. He was a member of Moose Lodge 1822 , Amvets Post 15 and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Survivors include daughters, Shannon Conn, Kimberley Heath, Deni Raynor of Vero Beach, and Pamela Mattison of Arizona; brothers, Richard Willard of Fairfield, Vt., Roger Willard of Essex Jct., Vt., and Stanley Willard Jr. of Colchester, Vt.; sisters, Marion Finnegan of Altona, N.Y., Barbara McDonough of Colchester, Vt., and Lorraine VasQuenza, of Hudson; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by father, Stanley E. Willard, Sr.; mother, Persis Farnsworth Willard; and brother Wayne Willard. Memorial contributions may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 6767 North Wickham Road, Suite 308, Melbourne, FL 32940. SERVICES: A Celebration of Life gathering will be 1 p.m. Feb. 25 at 1725 23rd Place S.W. Vero Beach. Cremation arrangements are by Indian River Cremation, Inc.
