SOUTHERN, Nellie Beatrice (nee Wilson) - After a courageous battle with Cancer, entered into rest at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Saturday August 2, 2008 at the age of 74. Beloved wife of Thomas Richard Southern, of Woodville, for 55 years. Cherished and loved mother of Kathy and her husband Russ Clark and Ken and his wife Donna Southern all of Woodville. Treasured grandmother of Rick and his wife Jenna Southern, Joe Southern, Derek Clark, Adam and his wife Stef Clark and great grandmother of Wyatt Southern and Will Clark. Nellie was the dear sister of and predeceased by her siblings Wilbert, Alice, Garnet, Albert (Curly), and Roy. She will be remembered by her sisters-in-law Myrla Wilson, Anne Caston, Millie Imrie (the late Peter) and Joyce Bell and her husband Jack. Loved by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the MACKEY FUNERAL HOME, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Woodville Presbyterian Church, 60 King St. in Woodville on Wednesday August 6th at 1:00p.m. Interment to follow at Smith's Cemetery, Woodville.
