STANLEY Mother Emma Leola Stanley, a resident of 1716 East 24th St., died April 13, 2002. She was a member of The Mighty Church of the edeemed, Inc., Evangelist Ethel L. Washington, pastor. She was also The International Head Mother for the Mighty Churches of the Redeemed, Inc. Survivors include: son, Tony Bennett; sister, Helen Reed; several God children, among them are Joyce Dobson, Warwick A. Harvey, Joanne Glenn, Eden Abshear, Meneka Graham; God grandchildren, Layne Marie Dobson, Loyce L. Dobson, Wayne A. Dobson, Jr., Christopher Abraham; special cousins, Marcus (Sally) Dennis, Adye (Ida) Dennis, A. D. (Mary) Robinson of Brooklyn, N.Y.; other relatives and many friends. Homegoing service will be held Friday, April 19, 2002, at 2:00 p.m. at The Mighty Church of the Redeemed, Inc., 2311 West 12th St. The cortege will assemble at the residence at 1:00 p.m. The late Mother Stanley will rest in the mortuary for visitation of friends TODAY from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and in the church on Friday from 12:00 noon until the hour of service.
