King, Mary Anne ALBANY Mary Anne Towle King died Thursday, December 3, 2009. Born May 22, 1921, she was the widow of Joseph F. King Jr. and sister of the late Edmund Towle Jr. She is survived by her four children, Joseph III (Phyllis), Constance (Bernard) Stringer, David and Thomas. She was the grandmother of Shane Koenig, Paul (Jane Murray) and Stephen Stringer and great-grandmother of Emma and Eilidh Murray-Stringer. Mrs. King was a communicant of the former St. Teresa of Avila Church and longtime volunteer at St.Peter's Hospital. She was the former president of Christian Brothers Academy Ladies Auxiliary. Funeral services Monday, December 7, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Historic Church of St. Mary on Capital Hill, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment will be Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount St. Mary's Cemetery, Pawtucket, R.I.
