Mary Ann D'Angelo, 68, beloved life partner of Dorothy Laracuente, passed into eternal peace on April 12th after a long illness. She was born September 9, 1945, in New York City, the daughter of Rosemarie and John D'Angelo and later lived in West Babylon, Long Island. After an extensive career as a bookkeeper, Mary Ann moved to Florida to be with her mother. She and Dottie attended Metropolitan Community Church of the Palm Beaches in Palm Beach Gardens. Mary Ann loved to sing and often experienced the fun of karaoke with Dottie. She loved animals and had a special fondness for butterflies and would often visit zoos and butterfly gardens. She embraced opportunities to travel and was a long time collector of baseball cards, a hobby she greatly enjoyed and shared with others. Mary Ann is pre-deceased by her father, John and her mother, Rosemarie Bibbee. Her survivors include her life partner, Dorothy Laracuente; her step-father Herbert Bibbee; brother John (Eillen) D'Angelo; Sisters Barbara (Stephen) O'Conner and Patricia (Raoul) Rojas; step-brother Glen (Patricia) Bibbee; step-sister Karen Bibbee; several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews, as well as several cousins. Two of her dearest friends are Doreen Gardner and Dawn Hart. A Memorial Service will be held May 25th at Metropolitan Community Church of the Palm Beaches, 4857 Northlake Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens, with a reception to commence at 12:15 p.m. followed by the service at 2:00. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to MCCPB or Hospice of Palm Beach County. Arrangements are by the All County Funeral Home and Crematory, Lake Worth. FL. www.allcounty.com.
