Avis de décès de Margaret Winn


Mattie Marguerite Ross "Margaret" Winn, was born July 7, 1921, in Columbia, S.C., and passed on to be with her Lord on, Saturday, March 26, 2005, at the Easley Nursing Center. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Maisie Maxine Hammond Ross and John Henry Ross of Columbia, S.C., and three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her husband, Walker Wilson Winn of Columbia, S.C.; her son, Dr. Larry Ross Winn and daughter-in-law, Wraellen, of Easley, S.C.; and her daughter, Patricia Winn Langston and son-in-law, Mark, of Cumming, Ga.; and granddaughters Gretchen Buchanan and husband, Jack of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., and Leslie Collier and husband, Matt, of Dalton, Ga.; a great-grandson, Chase Collier and four great-granddaughters, Ashton and Bryce Buchanan and Reece and Avery-Winn Collier and one sister, Sarah Ross Jones of Columbia, S.C. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2005, at Reformation Lutheran Church, 1118 Union St. at River Drive in Columbia, SC 29201, where Margaret was a faithful member for 65 years. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Reformation Lutheran Church fund for the bell chimes, which she always greatly enjoyed. Margaret was a devoted wife and mother and will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her. Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown Easley is assisting the family with the arrangements.
