Margaret S. 'Peg' Tully Lowell native, formerly of Londonderry; 83 ORLANDO, FL Margaret S. "Peg" Tully, 83, a former resident of Londonderry, NH, died October 2, 2007, in Orlando, FL. She was born in Lowell, the daughter of Dulice and Eugene Longval. She was proud of her French Canadian heritage. She attended St. Jean d'Arc Grammar School in Lowell. An extremely bright child, she skipped the second grade and went into the third grade. She was a graduate of Lowell High School, and received her degree in Business from Lowell Commercial College. During World War II, she worked for GE as a secretary in a munitions factory. She married John J. Tully Jr., also of Lowell, in 1946, and lived in San Diego, Portsmouth, VA, and Peabody while her husband served in the U.S. Navy for 26 years until his retirement as a Commander. They moved to Londonderry in 1982 where she lived until 2005. She then moved down to Florida to be taken care of by family. She was predeceased in death by her husband; her son, James; a brother, Paul, and two sisters, Jeannette and Henrietta. She is survived by her three children, Kathy and her husband, Tim Cook of Orlando, John and his wife, Martha Tully of Orange Park, FL; Margo and her husband, David Vario of Litchfield, NH; and daughter-in-law, Rhonda Tully of Manchester, NH; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a brother, Louis P. Longval of Lempster, NH; a sister, Trudy Boucher of Windham, NH; and many nieces and nephews.
