(Dixon) Seymour December 13, 2005 Margaret "Peggy" A. (Dixon) Seymour, 78, formerly of West Monroe, died Tuesday in Hudson, FL. She resided in West Monroe for most of her life before retiring to Florida 15 years ago. She retired in the 1970's after several years as a baker for the Penny Curtis and the former Hathaway Bakeries. Peggy was a founding member, past president and volunteered for many years as an EMT for the SOVAC Ambulance Corps. She was a member of St. Michael's RC Church in Florida and a member of the West Monroe Vol. Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary. She always enjoyed singing and dancing and as a child she performed on various radio shows. She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Seymour in 1997 and her daughter, Margaret Bagley in 2004. Surviving are two sons, Raymond (Betty) Seymour of Hudson, Joseph (Michelle) Seymour of Earlton; a sister, Frances Dillenbeck of Hudson; a son-in-law, Demetrius (Jim) Bagley of Mattydale, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at the Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale followed by a memorial service at 6 pm.
