Mark David Mullins January 23, 1966 -March 12, 2011 Mark David Mullins diedunexpectedly Saturday athis home in Perrysburg,Ohio. He was 45. Markgraduated from CirclevilleHigh School, Circleville,Ohio. He received his undergraduate and law degrees in Alabama, hisadopted home and aplace for which he developed a strong fondness.He opened an office inMontgomery, Alabama,and practiced law for over20 years. He recentlymoved to Perrysburg andjoined the family businessbased in Bowling Green.He was an avid AuburnTiger football fan and wasmost proud of what theteam accomplished thispast year. After each success we often heard thefamiliar cry, ""War Eagle""!He also kept an allegianceto Ohio State Universitywhere he was a student fortwo years. Mark enjoyedplaying golf and oftenreminisced about fly fishingtrips to Montana and Wyoming. His favorite pastimeswere those moments withfamily, friends and a glassof wine. Surviving is his wifeTeresa, the love of his life,his beloved children, DavidBankston Mullins andCaroline Ashton Mullins ofMontgomery; also surviving are his parents, Larryand Sue Mullins, his olderbrother, Michael (Theresa),and nieces Samantha,Annika, Sophia, and nephew Matthew all of Perrysburg. He also leavesbehind his maternal grandmother, Viola Robertson,several aunts and unclesand nine cousins fromOhio and West Virginia. Hewas preceded in death byhis grandparents Lola andBasil Mullins and GeorgeRobertson. Left to cherishMark's memory are stepchildren, Derek Lathan,Cody Hitson (Amber), whois currently serving ourcountry in Afganistan, Brittany Hitson, father andmother-in-law, Walter andFrances Forbus all of Montgomery. Wewill celebrate his life at afuneral service on Saturdayat 11:00 am at the funeralhome. Interment will beheld in Greenwood Cemetery, Montgomery, AL.
