Lester T. Lee NORWOOD Lester T. Lee of Norwood died on Friday, Jan. 1, 2010, at the age of 79. He was born in Taunton on Aug. 20, 1930. Lester lived in New Jersey until the age of 5, then lived in Mansfield until the age of 14. He then moved to Norwood and graduated from Norwood High School, Class of 1948. After high school, he joined the Navy and served on board the submarines stationed out of New London, Conn., during the Korean Conflict. After serving in the Navy he worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. until 1952. In 1952 he was called back into the Navy and was stationed in Pearl Harbor until 1954. After his final military service he attended Babson College and worked for the Norfolk County Trust Co. until 1960. Finally he went on to work for Herb Anderson Volkswagen Dealership as a finance officer until his retirement in 1990. Lester is the beloved husband of Constance M. (Weisul). Devoted father of Garrett Lee of Los Angeles, Calif., Maureen (Lee) Greco and her husband, Steven, of Mansfield, and Stephen Lee of Randolph. Also survived by two grandchildren, Emilee and Mollee Greco. Funeral was held from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home, 1248 Washington St., Norwood, Wednesday, Jan. 6, at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Timothy's Church, Norwood.
