ADAMS, John E. (Jack) - Of Mattawa passed away at the Mattawa General Hospital on Monday, July 25th, 2005 in his 88th year. He is survived by his adult children; Dawn Ogletree (Roger), Robert (Nancy) all of Mattawa. Sadly missed by his grandchildren; Brent (Jessica), Glenn (Melody), Wendy (Andrea) all of North Bay, Catherine (Brad) of Trenton, and Michael and Dylan of Mattawa, his great-grandchildren Ty, Kaydence, Ciara. Also survived by his brothers and sisters; Tom, Herb, Ruth, Anna, Hazel, Phyllis, Betty and Irene. Dear friend Nicole Burke. Predeceased by his beloved wife the former Eunice Campbell, his son John, and sister Nita. Friends and relatives may call at the T.L. Smith Funeral Home, Mattawa, today, Wednesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted at St. Anne's Church, Mattawa, on Thursday at 11 a.m. with Reverend Cindy Desilet officiating. Cremation to follow. Members of the Royal Canadian Legion are asked to assemble at the funeral home this evening, at 7:15 p.m. for a memorial tribute to our fallen comrade.
