->Duffy, John C.John C. Duffy, of Rye Brook, passed away March 16, 2013 at age 95. Born September 26, 1917 to Patrick & Sarah Duffy, he served in the 79th Infantry during WWII. John went on to work for the MTA as a mechanic for many years. He is the beloved husband of Alice (Koehler) Duffy of 60 years. In addition he is survived by his sons, Dr. Christopher Duffy (Pam) and Gerard Duffy, daughter Eileen Nieto and four grandchildren; John C. Duffy, Kelley Anne Duffy, Daniel and Brian Nieto. He is predeceased by three siblings, Evelyn Griffin and Robert & Thomas Duffy. To all that knew him, his kindness and patience will always be remembered.
