Joann P. (Hunt) McGrath-Marshall, 59, of Brockton, native of Quincy, died May 27, 2010. A graduate of North Quincy High School, she also resided in Rockland, Taunton and Maine. She enjoyed crafts, antiques, shopping and family times. Joann loved spending time with her son and his friends (known as the boys) and also enjoyed taking long car rides at night with her daughters. Known for her big heart, she not only loved her immediate family, but also her extended family as well. Joann was a daughter of the late James and Gladys (Crossman) Hunt; beloved mother of Patricia M. McGrath, Butch McGrath and his wife Jennifer, Beverly A. McCrohan and Danielle J. McGrath, all of Brockton; sister of Carol Costello of Hyannis; grandmother of six; great-grandmother of two; and an aunt and cousin of many. All are welcome to calling hours Tuesday 5-7 p.m. in Belcher Chapel at Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton, followed by a 7 p.m. service. Private burial.
