Janet Andrews 1932-2014 Janet Marion (Knowles) (Daniels) Andrews passed away peacefully Thursday, January 23rd, 2014 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. She was born December 16th, 1932. She was predeceased by her parents Walter and Mattie (MacKellar) Knowles of Aroostook and her brothers Walter, Duncan, Bobby and Milton. Janet leaved behind her two sons Michael (Brenda) Daniels and Patrick Daniels. A proud Grandmother of Derek and Lance Daniels. Janet will be missed by many family members and friends. Janet was well known in the community for her long time service as a nurse. “SUGAR NANNY” favourite saying was: “A BUSHELL AND A PICKLE AND A HUG AROUND THE NECK AND THAT’S A HEAP OF LOVING”. Patrick and Michael wish to commend the staff of 4 East Transitional Care Unit at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital for the loving care of their mother. Janet’s remains have been cremated. There will be no visitation. Internment will take place in June at the McKellar Cemetery in Arthurette at a time that will be announced at a later date.
