James T. Maher, 66, Venice, died Dec. 2, 2002. He was born March 15, 1936, in Whitestone, N.Y., and came to Venice 20 years ago from Rochelle, N.Y. He was a concrete foreman for John T. Brady Construction Co. in Rochelle. He was a member of the Concrete Labor Union, the Mason Tenders and Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. He was an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Frances; daughters Patricia Trizano of New Rochelle, N.Y., Deborah Vernooy of Woodbourne, N.Y., and Dawn Inello of Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; sons James T. II of Manorville, N.Y., and Frank R. Trizano of Sarasota; sisters Rita Fortunato of Blauvelt, N.Y., and Patricia of Flushing, N.Y.; brothers Dick of Venice and Joseph of Long Island, N.Y.; and nine grandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Ewing Funeral Home, Venice Chapel, is in charge.
