HARTMAN James Melton Hartman, age 77 of Jacksonville, FL passed away November 18, 2003. He was born April 25, 1926 in Lewistown, PA, the son of John Hartman and Mary Anna Troutman Hartman. He retired from the Jacksonville Shipyards following many years of dedicated service. Surviving are his children Mary Ann Creech (Billy), James Melvin Hartman, and Barbara S. McCain all of Jacksonville, and Carolyn Clark (Dan) of Melbourne, FL; also 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and his brothers Roland and Raymond Hartman. He was predeceased by his wife of 56 years Sylvia Elizabeth Hartman. Funeral services will be held on Thursday November 20, 2003 (TODAY) at 2:00 PM in the chapel of JACKSONVILLE MEMORY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park with Timothy Wilder officiating. Mr. Hartman will be laid to rest with his wife in the Garden of the Last Supper at Jacksonville Memory Gardens.
