Malley, James G. "Jim" Maplewood, MN: Longtime Executive Director of Merriam Park Community Center. Died peacefully, surrounded by family on March 7, 2008. Preceded in death by his parents James & Isabel Malley. Survivors include his beloved wife, Margaret "Polly;" children, Mary (Jane) Saracino, Teresa (Linda) Saracino, Peg ( Steve) Sutherland, Tim (Anne) Violet; step-sons, David, Stephen, Michael and Peter; several beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Marilyn, Bob and Bill; many nieces, nephews and friends. Jim was a gourmet connoisseur who loved doughnuts and New York White Hots, and was always on the cutting edge of TVs, computers, and gadgets. He dedicated his career to the people of his community, was the recipient of the Rotary International Paul Harris Award and was instrumental in the formation of the Maplewood Community Center. Jim was always a gracious host who loved a good party.
