A sunset service will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday at Access 8, Siesta Beach. Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include his wife, Regina; a daughter, Tiffany (Ivan) Morales of Sarasota; stepchildren Jennifer and Tony Brown; father David and wife Harriet "Dee Dee" of Sarasota; and mother Martha Jane Finch of Springfield, Ohio; a sister, Amanda Miller of Sarasota, and a sister and brother, Meghan Halpin and Mark Halpin of Springfield; several nieces and nephews; granddaughter Mia Morales and step-grandson Christian Jacuk.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to All Faiths Food Bank or a charity of your choice.
