CALDWELL _ Irene (nee MacSwan). Born in Glasgow, Scotland, passed away on February 6, 2004 in Victoria, peacefully at home with her family at her side. Predeceased by her husband Iain in 1988; her brothers, Ken and Iain; and her sister, Marguerite. Survived by her son John (Marianna); daughter, Maureen (Ted) Alexis; and her grandsons, Ian (Colleen), Alex, Andrew, Darren Caldwell and Greg Alexis. Also survived by her sisters-in-law, Leona MacSwan, Chilliwack, B.C., Peggy MacSwan, Corvallis, Oregon, Lolly Caldwell, Richmond, B.C. and Agnes Cuthill, Montreal, Quebec; several nieces, nephews and friends. Irene was a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star and long-time member of the Oak Bay United Church. Our sincere thanks to Hospice, Palliative Care and P.R.T.
