Gordon C. Clarkof Johnson CityGordon C. Clark, 70, of Johnson City, died at Wilson Memorial Hospital after an extended illness, Wednesday, September 15, 2004. Predeceased by his parents, Clayton and Bessie Clark; and a sister, Thelma Mulligan. He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Sandra M. Clark, Johnson City; one daughter and son-in-law, Terri and Edward Smith, Owego; two sons and daughters-in-law, Gordon A. and Lori Clark, Binghamton, Thomas and Jean Clark, Wilkes-Barre, Pa.; nine grandchildren, Jessica, Brittany, Jason, Nicole, Heather, Brandon, Erica, Barbara and Ryne; one great-grandson, Daemian; one sister, Norma Griffin, Binghamton; one brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Estelle Clark, Binghamton; several nieces and nephews. He was a retired self-employed carpenter, a veteran of the US Army during the Korean War. He enjoyed watching tractor and horse pulls.Funeral and interment services will be held Friday, 11 a.m. from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 E. Main St., Endicott, the Rev. Elvin S. Murphy will officiate. The family will receive friends at the memorial home, Friday from 9 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m.
