SHIRLEY -- Gloria M. Amirault, 77, of 96 Benjamin Road, died Saturday, Dec. 25, at her residence following an illness. She was born in Boston on Aug. 11, 1927, the daughter of the late John and Eleanor (Dalrymple) Hezlitt. She was a self-employed accountant who enjoyed sewing, yahtzee, fishing and candlepin bowling. She was also an avid Boston Red Sox fan and a member of the St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Gardner. She is survived by her loving husband, Albert A. Amirault of Shirley; three daughters, Cheryl A. Atherton of Falmouth, Pamela A. Atherton-Rogers of Athol and Irene L. Keenan-DiZaglio of Wilmington; two grandchildren, Laurie-Anne A. Stirewalt-Lovewell of Athol and Paul J. Barrasso of Wilmington; one great-grandchild, Samantha M. Lovewell of Athol; and several nephews and nieces. Besides her parents, Gloria is also predeceased by a son, Thomas R. Keenan; a brother, John Hezlitt; and two sisters, Lou Hezlitt-Reed and June Hezlitt-Burbel. AMIRAULT -- On Dec. 25, Gloria M. Amirault, 77, of Shirley. Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 31, at 10 a.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 79 Cross St., Gardner. Burial will follow at the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Winchendon. There are no calling hours. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Nashoba Valley VNA and Hospice Care, 280 Ayer Road, Ayer, MA 01432.
