DALY, Gerald 1919 - 2015 Died at home in Montreal on August 7, 2015. Gerald is deeply missed by his devoted wife, Eileen (née Decker), to whom he was married for forty-nine happy years. He is also mourned by his many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews and their children, and many close friends and neighbours. Gerald and Eileen''s cat, Sambo, misses him too. Gerald was born in West Broughton, Quebec, and later lived and worked in Sherbrooke and Montreal. Gerald was a gentle man who loved his life. He entertained us all with his vivid storytelling and sharp sense of humour. He was the original Mr. Fix-It and always had a project on- the-go, some quite unique. He will be fondly remembered by us all. We thank the CLSC, the caregivers of Bayshore and STOP for their care and support. Visitation will take place on Monday, August 17, 2015 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home (5610 Sherbrooke Street W, Montreal, QC H4A 1W5). Funeral Service the following Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at 10 a.m. at St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish (4455 West Broadway, Montreal, QC H4B 2A7). Burial to follow at St-Michel Cemetery (635 St-Michel Street, Sherbrooke, QC J1E 2L2).
