He is predeceased by his sister Margaret Campbell and her husband Lou, daughter Marianne Vaughn, and son John Ritchie. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 63 years Helen and his sister Catherine Catalina, along with her husband Danny. Frank is also survived by his daughter Camille, son Michael and his wife Anne Marie, son Frank, grandson Richard Fogel, his wife Laura, grandsons Michael and Matthew, and great grandson Jason. Frank will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Formerly a manager at Freihofer's, Frank enjoyed his retirement spending time in Atlantic City and at OTB.Family will receive visitors at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home in New City, NY on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian burial will take place on Thursday at 9:45am at St. Gregory's Church, Garnerville, NY.
