Frank E. McKay FRAMINGHAM Frank E. McKay, 91 yrs old, died Saturday, Nov7, 2009 at the Metro West Medical Center in Framingham. He Was the husband of the late Anne (Beatty) McKay who died in 2006. Frank was born in Fall River, son of the late Thomas and Wilhelmine ( Herhold ) McKay and had been a resident of. Needham for over 50 yrs. Frank spent summers with his family for many yrs in Edgartown, Martha,s Vineyard. He was a Durfee High School graduate and was a WW 2 veteran serving with the US ARMY. Frank was a Design Engineer for several area companies, finishing his career with Cliflex Bellows in South Boston where he worked for several yrs. Frank was a longtime coin collector and loved to take his daily walks. Frank is survived by one son, James J. McKay and his wife Madeleine Of Framingham, one daughter, Martha M. Jason of. South Dennis, one brother ,Walter McKay of Wayland, five Granchildren, Kim Talbott, Nichole Katz, James T.McKay, Julie A. McKay, and Kelley King, three Great-grandchildren, Caitlin Katz, Shannon Katz, and Brynn Katz, also many Nieces and Nephews, father of the late Caroline King and brother of the late Helen Francis. Funeral services and burial are private. There are no calling hrs. A memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
