LAWRENCE, Frances A., 64, of Tampa, passed away Nov. 24, 2005 at her home. Born in White Plains, N.Y., Frances has been a resident of Tampa 38 years. She was a teachers assistant for 10 years with Wesley Early Learning Center (WELC) and a member of Incarnation Catholic Church. All of her children graduated from Incarnation Catholilc School. Frances is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Bill and her four children, Dawn, Kim, Anne, and Billy. Frances is the proud grandmother of eight grandchildren, Ryan, Kyle, Taylor, Jordan, Isaac, Gavin, Zachary, and Madison. Her brother John F. McMullen lives in Hendersonville, N.C. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ann McMullen. A memorial service will be at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 6802 Silvermill Dr. (corner of W. Hillsborough Ave. and Silvermill Dr.) 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, 2005. A Memorial Fund has been established to benefit WELC.
