GARDNER-Flora May (nee Hamilton) passed away on January 3, 2007 at the Pasqua Hospital. She was born in Calgary, AB on June 3, 1917 to parents A.W. and Annie Hamilton. Flora grew up in the Swalwell Alberta area. After high school she attended the Holy Cross School of Nursing in Calgary. She married Harrison Avery Gardener also from the Swalwell area in 1941. After the war they lived in many parts of Alberta where Avery worked for Imperial Oil and the IPL. They moved to Saskatchewan in 1953, where they lived until retirement. At their retirement, they moved to BC where Avery passed away on 1990. Flora is survived by her children Harris (Carol) Gardner of Cremona, AB, Corrine (Ed) Kozar of Regina and Bob Gardner of Kissimmee, Florida; grandchildren and great grandchildren Lisa (Sid) and children Danny and Hannah Schielke of Carstairs, Mark Gardner of Olds, Camille (Wade) and children Mackenna and Carys Crittenden of Calgary, Kayla (Lyndon) and sons Andrew and Matthew Sotkowy of Regina, Stacy (Kriston) and daughter Maia Senga of Regina and sister Emma Baker of Edmonton. Following her wishes, no funeral service will be held. Many thanks to the staff at Marian Chateau for their kindness and care for the last seven years and the staff at 3B Pasqua Hospital for the last few days of her life.
