ANDREWS, ERIC WATSON - Originally of Minto, NB, passed away comfortably at the Chalmers Regional Hospital, January 7, 2002 at the age of 84. Born in Saint John, he was the son of Sam and Muriel (Watson) Andrews. A veteran of WWII, Royal Canadian Engineers, Eric is survived by daughters, Donna MacLean (Walter) of Fredericton, Linda Stevenson (Roger) of Chipman; a son Terry (Kaye) of Fredericton; grandchildren Michael, Karen, Brad (Heather), Tammy (Richard), Derek and David; great-grandchildren Paige and Matthew; sisters Maude, Joanna Gillies (Bob), Helen MacFarlane, Barbara Ward, and Janet Straker; brothers Malcolm and Ronald as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Eric was predeceased by his wife Irene and brothers Edgar and Ellis. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home, there will be visitation Thursday, January 10, 7:00-9:00 PM with funeral services 2:00 PM, Friday, January 11, at St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, Newcastle Bridge, NB. Interment will take place in the church cemetery at a later date. The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 12, Minto will hold a tribute service at the funeral home Thursday evening at 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the N.B. Lung Association, M.S. Association, Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 12, or the memorial of donor's choice would be appreciated by the family
