->Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by the love of her family, on October 23, 2010. Predeceased by her husband, David R. Cook; beloved mother to David (Jennifer), Sue (Rob) Marsjanik and Patricia (Rob) Stern; beloved grandmother of John (Kathryn), Katie, Laura, Kristen, Carrie, Jeffrey & Andrew; sister, Mary Mylius; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call Monday, October 25th from 4-7 PM at the funeral chapel (1031 Ridge Road). A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, October 26th at 10:30 AM at Peace of Christ Parish at St. John the Evangelist Church, Humboldt St. Interment, White Haven Memorial Park.
