Dorothy R. Age 75 of 26 Roosevelt Drive, Lockport, NY, formerly of Elmira, passed away Monday, May 21, 2001 at Corning Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband John H. Foster on February 19, 1991 and sister Eva Butler. Survived by her sons and daughters-in-law John R. and Kathleen of Bucyrus, OH, Charlie and Beth of Lockport, NY; daughters and sons-in-law Dorothy and Richard Zander of Indiana, PA, Claire and Ronald Wilson of Savona, NY; brothers Charles Haflett of Elmira, Walter Haflett of Ashland, OH, Ralph Haflett of Indianapolis, IN and Bill Haflett of Corning; sister Elsie Cambio of Elmira; 12 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Foster was a member of The Salvation Army. She volunteered with The Salvation Army for many years. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barrett Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 23rd from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 24th at 11 AM in The Salvation Army Citadel, 414 Lake Street, Elmira. Interment will follow in Woodlawn National Cemetery.
