SARGENT, Dorothy Eileen (Member of the Legion Ladies Auxillary, Branch 245 Merrickville) Passed away at her residence in Merrickville on July 3, 2006, Dorothy Eileen Andrews, age 74 years. Beloved wife of the late Norman Wellington Sargent. Loving mother of the late Valerie Sargent. Dear half-sister of Viola MacInnes of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia and predeceased by her sisters Beatrice Chapman, Hattie Canovan and Edith Campbell and by her brothers Leslie and Frank Wellwood. She is survived by her many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Lanin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., with a Legion memorial service to be held. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, July 6 at 11 a.m. Interment at Union Cemetery, Merrickville.
