Born August 15, 1921 in New York City, Dolores was the daughter of Joseph James and Florence E. (Whitson) Buzon.Dolores was educated in Rhinecliff schools, was a graduate of Rhinebeck High School, and also a graduate of Krissler Business School. She was active in high school band and was a 4H leader in Rhinecliff. She also was active in Music Circle and sang at the Methodist Church choir while in Rhinecliff. Dolores worked as a manager for Peck and Peck Clothing, Poughkeepsie, and after retiring from there she was the owner of the Bear and Babe Store in Red Hook for many years.She was predeceased by her husbands Earl V.W. Foote and James F. Riley and siblings Phyllis Polverelli and Joseph Buzon, Jr.Dolores is survived by her husband George Hanlon of Stanfordville, NY; son, Peter T. Foote of Palm Beach, FL and a daughter, Suzanne D. Riley of Germantown, NY; one grandson, Carden M. Foote of St. Johnsville, NY; two great grandchildren; one niece, two nephews, and five great grand nieces. She is also survived by one devoted friend Bruce Jones of Kingston, NY.Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family.
