CARPENTER, Diane (nee Gravel) Passes away suddenly on April 26, 2007 at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital at 60 years of age. Devoted wife of Allan for 43 years. Loving mother of Allan Jr., David and wife Cheryl. Cherished grandma of her "precious jewels" Kessia, Noah, Eric, Kyle and Finnegan. Daughter of the late Leo and Irene Gravel. Sister of the late Charles Gravel. Treasured friend of Sharon Lucier. Diane was a former employee of Sears in Windsor. Diane was a past director of Windsor West t-ball. A talented artist who loved to create works of art for her friends and family. In life she was very generous, continuing in death by giving the gift of life to others by organ donation. She will live in our hearts always and forever. Thank you to the staff at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital, especially Chaplains Joyce and Olivia, ER, ICU & Organ Transport Teams for their expertise and compassionate care. Donations to the Trillium Gift of Life Network would be appreciated by the family.
