DUGGAN, Daniel Francis Detective Sergeant, Ottawa Police Force (23 years) Passed away with dignity and with family by his side on Tuesday, May 6th, 2008 at St. Vincent Hospital at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Dianne (nee Dubue). Loving father of Kimberly Callahan (Raymond Parizeau) and Shawn (Julie Hahn). Cherished grandfather of Amanda, Brittany and Thomas. Adored son of the late Desneiges and Benjamin Duggan. Dear brother of Sandra Drake (Edward) and Danielle Lavergne (Daniel). Faithful friend of Donald "Dad" Frank, the late Edgar Lafreniere, Ranbir "Sister" Rai and Ellen "Sister" Baer. Special uncle to many nieces and nephews. Our loyal, heroic, fun-loving fisherman with a big presence has gone to a better place. Friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair and McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road at Aviation Parkway on Sunday, May 11 from 7 to 9pm. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, May 12 at 10 am. Interment at Beechwood Cemetery. A special thanks to the staff of St. Vincent for their loving and devoted care for our Danny for 22 years.
