ADAMS, CORA FERN - The death of Cora Fern Adams occurred peacefully on December 10, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Phyllis (Steen) Adams. She was employed for several years with St. John & St. Stephen Church Home. Her greatest love in life were her children and grandchildren and she enjoyed her time knitting, baking, crafts and painting. She is survived by her son, James (Tanya) of Grand Bay-Westfield; daughter, Tammy Dalzell (David) of Saint John; dearest friend, Mike Worden; brothers, Rodney (Margaret), Daniel (Donna), Barry (Diane); sister, Holly (Keith Fowler); grandchildren, Michael, Kathleen, Melanie, Ryan, Marlene, Dallas, Karlene; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her sister, Heather; daughter, Brenda; son, Kevin and niece Angela Adams. Resting at Brenans Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with private family visiting on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and public visiting on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday, at 2:15 pm, from Brenan's Chapel. Interment will take place at Riverbank Cemetery in the spring. Remembrances made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the New Brunswick Lung Association would be appreciated.
