Charles Lee passed away quietly on Monday, Jan., 21, 2013, at the age of 67. Charlie was born in Gadsden on Sept. 3, 1945. He resided in Florida for many years but returned to Gadsden in 2007.Charlie is survived by his wife, Linda Lee; sons, Michael Lee and Jeff Lee; grandsons, Nathan Lee and Justin Lee; granddaughter, Jessica Lee; brother, Robert Lee; and sisters, Norma Warren, Pat Lee and Reba Kelley.Services will be held at Collier-Butler Funeral Home on Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Attalla. Pallbearers will be: Michael Lee, Jeff Lee, Nathan Lee, Justin Lee, Robert Lee, Chris Smith, Eugene Kelley and Horace Warren.Special thanks to Dr. Castillo and all of the nursing staff at Gadsden Regional Cancer Center for their care and compassion.Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Gadsden Regional Cancer Center.The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. today, prior to the service.Online condolences may be made at www.collier-butler.com.
