NELSON - Carol Adams , of Sayville, LI, and York, Maine, on June 6, 2007. Beloved wife of James. Loving step-mother of John (Gerard) and James (Nora). Cherrished grandmother of Katherine and Hannah. Loving sister of Clay and Scott. Fond sister-in-law of Susan and Sue. Carol is also survived by her niece Haley and her nephews Tyler, Woody, Charlie and Josh. Carol was a teacher in the Bayport Blue Point School District for 35 years. Visitation will take place on Friday 7-9 and Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 at the Bayport-Blue Point Funeral Home 683 Montauk Highway, Bayport, NY 11705. Private cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to a charity of your choosing in Carol's memory.
