Billy F. Williams, 71, of Ludowici died Saturday, April 4, at his residence under the care of Hospice Savannah.He was a native of Cullman, Ala., and lived in Ludowici 40 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia S. Williams and stepson, Chuck Mills.Surviving are a step-daughter-in-law, Cynthia Mills of Jesup; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a brother, Terry Williams of Prattville, Ala.; and a cousin and care-giver, Cindy Steele of Cullman.Visitation was Tuesday morning with a memorial service to follow at 11 at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel with David Simmons officiating.Memorials are requested to Hospice Savannah, Inc., P.O.
