NEWMAN, Betty Mae At Wingham & District Hospital, on Sunday, April 9, 2006, Mrs. Betty Newman of Wingham, formerly of Ottawa age 76 years. The former Betty Hutcheson beloved wife of Donald Newman of Wingham. Dear mother of Ross and Marilyn Newman of Waterloo, Judy and Rick Valley of Ottawa, Carol and Doug Annett of Ottawa, Debbie and Jim Harris of Orleans, Helen and Manfred Kupjetz of Cumberland, Rick and Peggy Newman of Orleans and Steven Newman of Calgary. Sister of Nancy and Matt Paulini of Kitchener and sister-in-law of Don Watson of Clinton. Also survived by uncle Bruce and Phylis Nisholson of Clinton, aunt Shirley Beacham of Florida, thirteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Predeceased by parents David and Grace (Ross) Hutcheson and her sister Grace Watson. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Tuesday, from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday one hour prior to the memorial service at Wingham United Church on Wednesday at 2 p.m. Reverend Wayne B. Beamer officiating. Cremation with placement of ashes in Wingham Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Parkinson Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Royal Canadian Legion Auxiliary Service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 6:45 p.m.
