McPHERSON, Barbara (nee Wilkes)March 2, 1915 - July 28, 2013Peacefully at the Jewish General hospital on Sunday July 28th. Barbara McPherson, a true Montreal Girl to the end. Predeceased by her parents George William (Dockie) and Helen Maude Dearborn (Mother Mac) and her birth Mother Lillian Wilkes. Known for her love of life, her passion for teaching physical education, her love of travelling, and especially her friends. Always generous supporting missionary work and those in need. The Comfort family and many friends will miss her dearly. A big thank you to the Steger Residence, the Jewish General 6NW team and to Claire. A very special thank you to her dear and faithful friend Mirtha, for their many years of sharing and caring. The celebration of her life and her funeral will take place on October 26th.
