Barbara worked for the Rockland County Clerk's Office and Board of Elections. She also held various positions with the Ramapo Republican Committee and Ramapo Woman's Republican Club as well as the Rockland County Republican Committee. Survived by her loving children Susan Johnsen (husband Clifford), Patti Rotella (husband Kenny),and Jack Gallagher (fiancée Rebecca DeLoatch), devoted grandchildren Jennifer Murray (husband Robert), Kerri Johnsen, Clifford Johnsen Jr., Christina Gallagher, Jack Gallagher III, Chrissy Rotella, Megan Rotella and Tommy Rotella, cherished great grandchildren Brooke Lynn, Leah and Erin and a caring sister Elizabeth Thomson. Visitation Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9pm at Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home 177 Route 59 in Suffern.
