PECASKIE, Aline "Eileen" (Former owner of Highway Lunch, Arnprior) Peacefully at Almonte Country Haven on Monday morning, July 10, 2000. Aline Eulalie "Eileen" Clouthier; formerly of Arnprior, aged 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Eddy Pecaskie and daughter of the late Pierre Clouthier and his wife, the late Josephine Bertrand. Dearly loved mother of Robert Pecaskie (late Joyce), Ray Pecaskie (Eileen) and Colleen (Mrs. Roland Schnob), all of Arnprior and Joseph Pecaskie of Calgary, Alberta. Dear sister of Maurice Clouthier (and his wife, Pat) of North Bay, Mrs. Theresa Chateauvert (late P.L.) and Mrs. Lillian Closs (late Jim), both of Arnprior. Predeceased by brothers Jim Clouthier (late Tedo), Daniel Clouthier (late Florence) and Marcel "Bidou" Clouthier as well as sisters, Mrs. Marie Judge (late Noble) Mrs. Loretta Vaillant (late Godfrey), Mrs. Cecile Clifford (late Tom) and Mrs. Irene Griffin (late Jack). Cherished "Grandma" of 12 and "Great-Grandma" of 17. Predeceased by a grandson, Bobby Schnob. Eileen will be lovingly remembered for her committed contributions to the Ladies Auxiliary, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 174, Arnprior. Friends may call at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel, 50 John Street North, Arnprior, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior, on Wednesday morning, July 12th, at 11 o'clock. Interment Malloch Road Cemetery. In remembrance, donations to the St. John Chrysostom Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated by her family. Members of the CWL, St. John Chrysostom Parish will assemble at the funeral home for prayers on Tuesday afternoon at 3 p.m. Members of the Ladies Auxiliary, RCL Branch 174, will assemble at the funeral home for a tribute service on Tuesday evening at 6:45 p.m.
