Also survived by two grandchildren Joshua David and Sarah Jessica Neill. Brother of Douglas Neill and his wife Audrey of Kingston. Brother-in-law of Phyllis Mackey, Wilda Neill, Bill Walker (Edith), John Walker (Gerbrine), and Brenda Latham (Murray). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Donald and his wife Marjorie, James (Pete) and Walter (Bud) Neill, and by nephews Jimmy Neill, Greg Walker, a great niece Sheila Neill and by a great great nephew Mackenzie Card. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Fun eral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville from Thursday after 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. when services will be held in the Chapel.
