Rita N. Lamora 1918 - 2011 SPRINGFIELD - Rita Lamora 92,of Springfield Ma. Fell asleep in death on August 19, 2011 surrounded by her loved ones. Born in Wilbraham to the late Virginia (Ducharme) and Samuel Narreau on October 22, 1918. She was one of five girls and seven boys. Rita was a caring Mother who loved us dearly,we may not have much when young, but with the love she showered upon us we were the richest children on Earth.She is predeceased by her first husband, Henry St.Pierre and her second husband of 43 years Archibold (Arte) Lamora, also a grandson William Thomas St. Amand. Rita is survived by two sons, Henry J. St. Pierre and his wife Jan of Jewett, NY. and Girard St. Pierre and his wife Chi-Ling of Las Vegas NV, also her daughter Joan, and her husband David St. Amand with whom she made her home with for a number of years until she needed Constance care, due to insidious disease of Dementia. She is also survived by seven grand children,twelve great grand children and two great great grand children and a brother Archie Narreau of I. O. Rita was one of Jehovah's Witnesses, she was a member of the (Central Congregation) now the Indian Orchard Congregation, where was faithful member until Dementia reared it's ugly head about eight years ago. as Rita requested there will be no calling hours and burial will be private. A Memorial talk will be given for Rita at the Indian Orchard Congregation, 157 Fuller St. Ludlow Ma. on August 27 nth at 3:00 p.m. We deeply wish to thank entire staff at Wingate at Wilbraham for the love and care given to our Mother, also Wing Hospice for there care, making this time in our life a little bit easier as Mother slipped away from us.
