NORMAN JOSEPH BRETON, a resident of La Porte, Texas, loving husband and father, was taken at the age of 77 into the hands of his Lord, Jesus Christ on July 18, 2005. Born in Manchester, New Hampshire on February 24, 1928, he is preceded in death by his youngest son, Paul Norman Breton; survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Thelma Gravelle Breton; daughters, Judy Forbes and husband John, Mary Dickert and husband Gary, Anita Young and husband David, Margaret Webb and husband Mark, Cynthia Breton; son, Mark Stephen Breton and wife Holly. Sixteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation for family and friends will be at SouthPark Funeral Home in Pearland, Texas on Sunday, July 24, 2005 from 2:00pm until 6:00pm with a rosary service at 5:00pm. A funeral mass will be conducted at St Helen Catholic Church in Pearland, Texas on Monday, July 25, 2005 at 11:00am; grandsons, Paul, Bryon and Brad Young, Robert and Ryon Breton and Mark Webb will be serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons, Travis and Chad Forbes and AB, Gary Wayne Dickert, Jr. Burial will follow at SouthPark Cemetery. Published in the Houston Chronicle on 7/24/2005.
