CARR, MITCHELL IVAN JOSEPH - It is with great sadness, that the family of Mitchell Ivan Joseph Carr announce his passing on Tuesday, January 30th, 2007. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Mary (Hargrove); his children, David (Wendy) Carr, Melissa (Steve) Anderson and Jennifer (Stephen) Brown; his grandchildren, Erin, Kate and Robyn Anderson and William Mitchell Brown; his sisters, Norma Nason, Susan (Fred) Creary and Connie (Ron) Richard; sister-in-law, Pauline Long and her family Greg, Wayne and Heather; mother-in-law Grace Hargrove and his life long friend Terry Keleher. He was predeceased by his parents, Gladstone and Valentine (St. Coeur) Carr. Mitchell was a family man who found his greatest joys and happiness with his loved ones. He was a member of the Lorneville United Church, LOL # 29 and was the Past Grand Master of the Grand Orange Lodge of N.B. Visitation will be held on Friday February 2nd, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. (646-2424). The memorial service will be held from Park Avenue United Church on Saturday February 3rd, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. with good friend Vince Galbraith (LPMit) presiding. Donations in memory of Mitchell can be made to the SJRH Foundation-Heart Failure/Function Clinic or to the Lorneville United Church.
