Peacefully, Friday, December 26, 2003, at Granite Ridge Long Term Specialty Care. Mary Catherine King, age 83. Beloved wife of George A. McDonnell. Loving mother of Brian (Lana), Joyce (Roy), Deborah Walsh (Steve), Glenn (Cathy), and Michael. Very proud grandmother of Stuart, Susan, Kelly and Karen McDonnell; Benjamin, Kellen and Samantha Walsh; and Timothy and Keara McDonnell. Will be fondly remembered by special niece Sr. Mary King, Mount St. Patrick. She was a daughter of the late Isidore and Bridget King of Griffith, ON. Predeceased by brothers John, Paul, Eugene, Daniel, Vincent, Leonard, Raymond and Isaiah and sister Margaret. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 3000 Woodroffe Avenue (south of Fallowfield Rd.) Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday to St. Patrick's Church, Fallowfield, for Mass of Christian Funeral at 1 p.m. In Memoriam, donations to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre Foundation appreciated.
